Liquid Death
This project was completed in a class called Conceptual Brand Thinking in collaboration with Elliot Droutman. We were presented with a brief to develop a big, hilarious, and press-worthy idea that gets people talking about Liquid Death during Back to School.
The Ask
The Work
After receiving this brief, we came up with our big idea: “When you’re dehydrated you’re like a zombie.” This idea not only fits the Liquid Death brand, but it also speaks to the function of Liquid Death, to “murder your thirst,” which is especially important during the Back To School season. From this idea, we developed a campaign statement, which served as the foundation for our creative executions, including a film storyboard, social media executions, and a brand activation idea. My main responsibilities in this project were assisting with concept development and creating the visual design elements, including the illustrations and mockups.
